Preparation of Thermo-Sensitive Molecular Imprinted SERS Substrate with Robust Recyclability for Detection of Ofloxacin

To this day, the preparation of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrates with high sensitivity, selectivity, and stability has been bottleneck to realizing SERS-based quantitative analysis in practical applications. In paper, a thermo-sensitive imprinting SERS substrate material (TM@TiO2@Ag) is developed uniform structure morphology, controllable “hot spot” photocatalytic regeneration. The as-prepared TM@TiO2@Ag nanocomposite characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, dynamic light scattering, ultraviolet–visible (UV-Vis) etc. After effects its property on localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) signals are investigated, nanomaterial used as Raman-enhanced for rapid trace detection ofloxacin (OFL) water. It found that, aid unique composition, temperature molecule imprinting, sensor possesses considerably strong anti-interference ability not only structure-unlike but also structure-like co-existing substances, extremely low detectable concentration 1.1 × 10−11 M OFL at 1397 cm−1, well excellent reusability due degradation target analytes.
